Providing assistance for housekeeping, loading and unloading of materials and other store activities at Jog central stores and assistance in maintenance works of department vehicles at Jog and Kargal garages for a period of 01 year and extendable for one more year based on performance of agency

The bidder shall have proven experience in carrying out the works in providing the manpower services to any Govt organizations/MNC/Reputed institution. In proof of the above, intending bidder shall produce scanned copy of single work order with corresponding work done certificate of value not less than Rs.10.82 lakh carried out in last preceding five financial years. (Work done /WO values of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited)

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 21.65 Lakhs in any two financial years in the preceding five completed financial years. In proof, turnover certificate / annual report duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Financial turnover of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level).
