Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from over head water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr vacumation, dewatering, desludging, rubbing internal surfaces with soft sponge & medium hard sponge to remove coglation with vinegar solution or light acid, drawing the tank by wet vaccume cleaner, disinfecting the internal surfaces with solution & drying it again with vaccume cleaner and marking the outer surface of overhead tank with synthetic enamel paint using stancils (Date of cleaning month & Year) complete all as directed.

Preparing surfaces holding the members in true position and welding in reparis n. exc 2.5 Cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 9 mm and nexc 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel window shutter n.exc 1 Sqm and refixing in the same opening after replacement of broken hinges & wire mesh including welding,reveting , grinding, painting etc each complete all as specified and directed Note: -(Wire mesh and flat iron strip shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ).

M&L for Roof treatment by applying a coat of cold applied oil based bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.50Kg/Sqm, and laid 3mm thick APP modified five layer polymeric membrane , minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) with torch application method as per manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces with grooves & make good in cement mortar 1:3, finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm etc complete including taking down existing roof treatment of the RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign materials by wire brushing, cleaning roof surfaces with water and removal of spoil from IMA premises, complete all as specified and directed. Make: STP AQUA SHIELD , Sika, Fosroc as approved by GE. Note :-(1) Work shall be executed by authorised applicator of manufacturer and upto roof height of double storied building.
