Fully toughened glass partition:Providing and fixing full height demountable glazed partition made of 12 mm thick toughened glass by using various glass patch fittings, aluminium frame with extruded profile of approved make as per the directions of Architect/ EIC, S.S. connectors of approved make without giving any load on the false ceiling by using necessary hardware to complete the job in all respects. The agency has to obtain approval for fixing details of the glass partition with Patch fittings/ S.S. conectors, aluminium frame at top and bottom etc. from EIC/Architect before execution of the work. Providing and fixing false ceiling using gypsum board 12.50 mm thick false ceiling in steps and design using Original Indian Gypsum board with original GI sheet section of Gypsteel (Gypsteel shall be used) supporting system in line and level. Finishing the surface and applying 3 coats of Plastic emulsion paint as directed complete. Entire work to be done as per standard specifications of Saint Gobin Gyproc India

Providing and fixing staircase railing comprising 12mm thick toughened one-way reflective glass (Toughened glass) panels supported with 50x50 mm square stainless steel pipes, including all necessary brackets, clamps, base plates, and hardware, complete as per approved design and specifications.
