Removal of blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage up to manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from P trap of WC complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage from traps of kitchen/bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia and clearing the blockage up to gully traps with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from floor trap and disposing off complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)., as in Slab supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roof, landing, balconies,complete all as specified.

Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks in one brick thick honey comb walling, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Loose filling with broken brick aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings incuding terrazzo topping n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in sub base and finishing the surfaces of concrete even and rough including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
