Procurement and Supply of 01 No Mechanical Street Sweeping Machine 3.5 Cum Hopper on 11 Ton BS VI Chassis

The Tenderer should be a Manufacturer(OEM) should have supplied minimum 80% (However it will be 40% with respect micro and small enterprises i.e 01 nos) of the tender quantity i.e. 01 nos. of Truck mounted mechanized Conveyor assisted Sweeping Machine of minimum 3.5 Cum capacity of Technical specifications mentioned in Schedule of Requirement in any one of last 3 financial year (i.e 2023-24 to 2025-26) to any Government Dept. /Local bodies/any government institutions/PSU in India and it should be working satisfactorily at least for a period of atleast 12 months. Documentary proof such as purchase order copies and performance certificate issued by competent authority. (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) shall be uploaded.

The tenderer, as authorized representative of the manufacturer meeting the above requirement, shall have supplied, installed and commissioned in his name satisfactorily at least 30% of the tender quantity i.e. 01 nos of Truck mounted mechanized Conveyor assisted Sweeping Machine of minimum 3.5 Cum capacity of Technical specifications mentioned in Schedule of Requirement in any one of last 03 financial year (i.e 2023-24 to 2025-26) any State or Central Government departments / Local bodies/any government institutions in India and these should be working satisfactorily at least for a period of 12 months Documentary proof such as purchase order copies along with order completion certificate/performance certificate issued by competent authority. (Not below the rank of executive engineer) shall be uploaded.

The tenderer should have experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Mechanical Conveyor assisted Truck Mounted Sweeping Machine at least for the period of One year in last three Years (2023-24 to 2025-26). Documentary proof such as Work done/Performance certificate issued by competent authority. (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) shall be uploaded.

The bidder shall arrange a live demonstration of the offered Truck Mounted Mechanized Conveyor Assisted Sweeping Machine of the same make and model quoted in the bid at 11:00 AM on 13th July 2026 in front of the City Corporation Office, in the presence of the Technical Committee. The machine shall conform to all the technical specifications prescribed in the tender document. Bids of those bidders whose machines are found compliant with the tender specifications during the demonstration shall be treated as technically responsive and considered for financial evaluation. Failure to arrange the demonstration on the specified date and time or non-compliance of the demonstrated machine with the tender specifications shall render the bid technically non-responsive.

The Tenderer shall be the Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered machine and shall submit valid documentary proof of legal entity status, such as Certificate of Incorporation/Registration under the Companies Act, 1956/2013, Partnership Deed, LLP Registration Certificate, GST Registration Certificate or any other registration certificate issued by the competent statutory authority under the relevant Act.

The bidder is an authorized dealer than he shall upload authorization letter issued by manufacturer (OEM) (as per authorization form given in Section XIII).

The authorized dealer as a bidder can use the experience of OEM for participation as a supply, while O&M experience of the bidder will only be considered.

The Bidders should have a turnover of minimum Rs. 146.08 Lakhs, in any two of last Three Financial Years (2023-24 to 2025-26 ) (However, it will be 50% of the estimate cost of the quantity with respect to MSE in the last two preceding financial years) The Tenderer should submit turnover copy certified by Chartered Accountant. with UDIN No

Each tenderer should further demonstrate Unconditional Line of credit/Bankers Certificate facilities of not less than Rs 43.82 lakhs With name of the work and Indent Number (as per the Section-XV)

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government /Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.

Authorized Service Centre:- Bidder should have functional service centre for last 3 year in the state of Karnataka and should upload relevant document in support of above along with bid.

The tenderer should furnish details of Service Centres and information on service support facilities that would be provided after the warranty period in the Service Support Form given in Section XVII.
