Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path, road, hardstanding etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old PCC road sign boards not exc 50 cm wide and not exc 100 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective mandatory/regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM D-4956-01in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC 67:2001, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 200 mm centre to centre to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made up to M.S Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including leads and lifts etc complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment) complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead informatory road signage and boards of size 100x75 cm, double sided, made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet on both sides (front & back), face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engr-in-charge, letters, borders etc as per IRC:67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class-II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium allos, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or mre coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat, The rate includes the cost of rounding of the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawing, specificatio and direction of the engr-in-charge. S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard & dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with end of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 190-0 or Fe-165-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS plates plain channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for newly painting to steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
