AME for attending maintenance of electrical works on Activity basis in all the institutions under jurisdiction of DYEE(Elec)-PAT, Tirupati for the year 2026-27.

Schedule-B (Service charges)

Service Charges towards deployment of man power and payment of wages for skilled workers

Attending the following electrical works in TTD Sri PAT Tiruchanur, Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy Temple Appalayagunta, Sri Venu Gopala Swamy Temple Karvetinagaram and sub temples, Vontimitta, Narayanavanam, Nagalapuram & Jammalamadugu Temple, Nagari, Sathravada, bugga, Devuni kadapa, Thallapaka, Nandalur, Sri Srinivasa Kalyanamandapam, Sri Padamavathi Kalyanamandapam etc., in DYEE(Elec)-PAT section, Tirupati. 1) Sri PAT Temple - 4 Nos 2) SSKM & SPKM - 5 Nos 3) Vontimitta - 9 Nos 4) Jammalamadugu - 7Nos (25 persons for 11 months i.e., 25 x 11 = 275 Nos.)

a) Switch ON/OFF the lights & fans in the above Institutions, Temples etc., duly checking the lights/ fans and all electrical installations equipments and to put same in working condition,if any lights /fans etc., are not functioning the same is to be replace with new one. b) The required materials will be arranged by the department. c) Attend regular electrical maintenance works in all Temple Gopuram, Prakaram designs, Preparation of designs and testing, dragging of DG Set for vahanam procession, street lighting, yard lighting etc. d) Attend the emergency electrical works in the above said institutions, Temples etc., and the same is to rectified and put the system in working condition. e) Pouring of water in to all earth pits every day in the above institutions, Temples without fail.

f) Cleaning of ceiling fans / lights etc., whenever required and put the same in neat and clean g) Switch ON / OFF the street lights daily in the above institutions, Temples. h) Attending to duty promptly with wearing ID cards & Uniforms issued by the contractor. i) The engaged skilled persons should be available at Sri PAT section DG Room for attending maintenance works along with regular staff. j) Attending regular day & night duties, Vahanam procession, illumination works as instructed by the concerned. k) Attending regular maintenance works, street light works and rectifying the electrical defects immediately and restoring the system to normal condition. L) Providing electrical illumination works during fairs & festivals in a grand scale in co-ordination of TTD field staff, attending any works directed by the Electrician / AE(Elec).

Note: 1.Service Charges for man power deployment shall be minimum of Rs.500/- per month per person and maximum of 5% of the basic wage as per Schedule-A for corresponding worker. Any tender with value excess of 5% of basic wages or less than Rs.500/- per month will be summarily rejected. 2. The tenderer shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work with satisfactory performance of the contract. 3. Initially for one month, the contractor has to pay wages including ESI, EPF to the workers as per the wages in Schedule-A in the tender document and the same will be reimbursed by TTD. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also. 4. Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates per worker per month shall be paid. 5. For wages more than Rs.15,000/-, EPF @ 13% on Rs.15,000/- & ESI @ 3.25 % on Rs.18,500/- shall be paid.

6. Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented and the same will be reimbursed by TTD 7. The persons must have qualification of ITI Electrical trade. 8. Only persons belong to Hindu Religion shall only be engaged. 9. TTD will not provide any accommodation for the workers during the maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. It is the responsibility of the contractor / firm to make alternate arrangements for transportation and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises. 10. The price quoted shall be excluding of GST. 11. TTD shall be authorized to deduct any taxes as applicable from the bidder. 12. The Contractor must pay the ESI & EPF promptly to engaged labour as per fluctuations of wages. 13. The Contractor should take safety measures for the engaged workmen.

14. Monthly: The following documents should be furnished by the contractor for arranging monthly payment a) Documentary evidence that payment is made to personnel through their bank accounts b) ESI, EPF payment challans of the preceding month where TTD has reimbursed the employer contribution of ESI & EPF c) GST payment challans / invoice of the month / Quarterly as the case may be since the rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes applicable and excluding GST.

Note: (1) Evaluation Criteria: The tenders will be evaluated and finalized to the lowest offer of Schedule-B among the eligible bidders.

(2) Agreement will be concluded to the lowest bidder for the quoted service charges as per Schedule-B and fixed component of minimum wages as per Schedule-A in the document.

(3) The rates quoted should be of basic price excluding GST.

(4) The applicable GST will be reimbursed / paid as per actuals on production of proof.

(5) Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented
