Maintenance of playgrounds i.e, Cricket Ground, Hockey Ground, Joggers park and CISF Unit line area in HWPM colony for the year 2026_2028.

Providing adequate manpower, tools/tackles for periodical maintenance of lawn, Sweeping the lawn area daily, removal of weeds, watering of lawn by Mechanical sprinklers (excluding rainy days) on daily basis, Mowing of lawns with power mower once in a month, including trimming of branches, loosening of soil all around and watering of existing plants/seasonal/bushes etc. removal of dry leaves, garden waste, applying insectcide, pestisides &fertilisers (whenever required) top dressing of the lawn with good earth and manure maintenance of other lawn releted works once in amonth and maintain the lawn in lush green through out contract period and disposal of cut lawn,drybranches etcdisposal of cut grass within 2 Kms. Lead, complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. *Note:- (i) Existing Quantity=51,345*24= 12,32,280 Sq.m for 24 months) (Cost of good earth,manure, fertilizer, insectcide, pestisides, will be paied in relevant item & lawn mower brush cutter with fuel, other T&P material/ articles shall be provided by the contractor).

Providing required men & materials, tools & tackles etc., for grass cutting, removal of unwanted bushes, any type of creepers, such as itching plants etc. wild vegetation up to girth of 10 cms around the Cricket ground, Hockey ground Joggers park and Cisf Unit Line Area and in other specified areas in the colony, disposing of the same to a pre designated place within the colony (North East of colony) and burning the same under controlled firing conditions with safety precautions etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Maintenance of Cricket Turf Pitch:- The following activitiesare involved: Regular watering and rolling is to be done. Every 15 days Zero level trimming of grass is to be done. Rolling of Pitch with department rollers with fillng the holes on pitch as direction of RWS officials. Dry grass and goat manure to be kept in stock by the Contractor. Crease lines should be done with Surya cement cooling powder and 1 inch brush to be used. Un season (rainy season and summer season) only watering and grass cutting (1" above) and goat manure once in 15 days is to be screened and sprayed on the pitch area. Watering on the pitch only shower type is to be carried out and water should not be poured on the pitch directly. Covering sheets of length side 10 feets and long length 80 feet wanted of 2 spare tarpaulin sheets and 40 feet/ 100 feet polyethene sheets are to be Provided by the RWS. Maintenance of Tennis court, Kabaddi volly ball and Ball badminton court like sweeping twice in a week rolling, watering whenever required in kabaddi volly ball and ball badminton courts with 1 ton hand roller etc., Rose cans- 2nos plastic cans - 02 nos, black soil 20+30 smooth powder bags, 20+30 Pisco dry grass and saw dust is to be kept in stock, 25 meters 11/2 inch pipe. Note:- Contractor shall engage minimum number of manpower i.e., Gents = 2 numbers for the Maintenance of Cricket Turf Pitch, Lawn tennis, Kabaddi, Volley ball and Basket ball Courts all play courts.

Supplying and applying of the Urea as directed by the EIC

Supplying and applying of the DAP as directed by the EIC

Clearing of Chainlink/Barbed wire fencings,round level) disposal of waste at designated placs in the colony as directed by the enginner in charge.

Providing and rolling the sports grounds with 8 to 10 MT capacity Road Roller including driver, deisel and all other incidental costs for satisfactiry completion of the job etc. complete for rolling the ground / track as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Clearing of Grass and wild vegetation by deploying High Horse Power Tractor Blade, Pruning of Trees as required for free movement of tractor, required to maintain the Sports Track in play grounds and maintain the visibility, disposal of waste at a location shown by EIC with in the colony premises etc as directedby EIC.

Supplying and spraying weedicdide/pestcide on wild bushes/unwanted plant growth and other areas etc including all materials, manpower, tools and tackles, PPG/Safety gadgets etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.
