11.41.1 : Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 500x500 mm. 13.43.1 : Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

13.46.1 : Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

13.61.1 : Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

Providing grooves 6 mm wide and 6 mm deep in plastered surface to clear the joint of RCC columns, beams with walls including all cost etc complete

RENOVATION OF AUDITORIUM

False ceiling made with 12.5mm Gypsm board and the steel/Al structure with perimeter,intermediate,angle and ceiling section.The joints finished with joint compound and fibre tape.The surface finished with cement primer,wall putty and final coat with premium emulsion two coats including cornice including all cost of materials and labour charges etc

26.24.S.A.R.1 : Filling the groove (i.e. 2-3mm gap between boards),taping and jointing of thefirst layer 6mm and 9mm thick fiber cement boards with epoxy based sealingcompound or with silicon sealant. Second layer is fixed over it in a staggered pattern.

Covering of gaps, sides of doors windows and bottom of acoustic paneling etc.- Supplying and Fixing 12 mm thick marine plywood (century/ Geenply) on the above frame work for covering the bottom of wooden paneling and side of windows, doors etc using svrews to proper line and level, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and painting with enamel (matt finish) two coats over a priming coat etc complete but excluding the cost of wooden frames.

Supplying and installation of 20w led ceiling light sets. 6-8" square or circular of Havells, Philips, Wipro or eq. make. (Prior sample approval required).

9.133.1.1 : Providing and fixing, in position concealed G.I. section for wall paneling using board of required thickness fixed on the 'W' profile (0.55 mm thick) having a knurled web of 51.55 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.55 mm, placed @ 610 mm C/C in perimeter channel having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm with thickness of 0.55 mm and web of length 27 mm. Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610 mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Board is fixed to the 'W' profile with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @ 200 mm C/C., all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge, the joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish.Tapered edge calcium silicate board made with calcareous & siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process to give stable crystalline structure with compressive strength 225 kg/sqcm, Bending strength 100 kg/ sqcm.10 mm Thick

26.24.1 : Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integraldensified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectanceof 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section(galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs ofsize 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceilingchannel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate. Make with IS.

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer to the plain wall side. Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

In rows 5 cm apart in both directions.

30.2.29.2 : Providing Circular Cement Concrete pots of specified size, cast with cement concrete of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with 7 Nos ( 3 nos horizontal & 4 nos vertical “ U “ shape) M.S. wires of 3.5 mm dia as per design, including required form work, finishing with cement punning on exposed surface, curing for specified period and stacking in required rows & height, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge.Top inside dia 30 cm, outer bottom dia 20 cm, total height 30 cm with wall thickness of 25.4 mm

30.2.58 : Providing and fixing of Tuflex Garden fencing Hexagonal net/or equivalent of green colour having contents Weight grams/sqm. 510 (+/- 8%) in width of 60 cm. with bamboo of 90 cm. length and 18-20 girth. The bamboo should be painted with green colour paint of approved brand and manufacture two or more coats and fixed 30 cm. below ground level and 60 cm. above ground level at a distance of 1.50 mtrs. The net and bamboo should be binded with 2 mm. G.I. Wire at equal distance of three places in each bamboo complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Planter boxes for the purpose of growing plants/creepers for decorative functions using brick masonary and plastering including mixing of earth and manure, planting decorative plants of size 6-8 ft., watering till the completion of work along the periphery of the compound wall etc. complete as per design and direction of Engineer at site.
