Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification

Brick Work cm 1:5 mix (One Cement anf Five Sand) using Country bricks ground maded of size 23x11x7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc.,

Supplying and erecting centering for sided centering for soffits of RCC Slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S. angles of size 25mm X 25mm

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wirw also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill, out including curing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and mixtures in RCC works.

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix(One Cement and five Sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc.,

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshadeds with cement mortar 1:3-10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase, steps, lands slabs etc., as directed by departmental officers etc.,

Plastering with cm 1:4 mix(One Cement and four Sand) to 20mm thick including cost and labour chargesd Complete as directed by departmental officers etc.

Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacitñ flusing tank

Supplying and fixing PVC rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends & Clamps etc.,

Paving the floor with verified tiles 0.60x0.60x0.008m in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Dadooing of walls with colout glazed tiles of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Paving the floor with Anti skid step tiles 20mm thick in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and three Sand) 20mm thick laid-in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Providing Weathering Course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime(No sand to be added) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx2cm approved quality with CM.1:3 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 12% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortal etc.,

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & Conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removel of dirt etc., complete

Painting two Coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with primimg coat including the cost of all materials etc., in all floors

Fabricating supply and fixing and Position of MS Shutter with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6mm with cross stiffner 25x25x5mm flats covered.

Solid OVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets, Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottopm rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The Over shall size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter

Fabricating supply and fixing and Position of MS Windows with two leave. The Window outer frame will be35x35x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 25x25x6mm, MS angle intermediate stiffener will be 25x25x6 with cross stiffner 25x25x6mm with cross stiffner 25x25x5mm flats covered

Supplying and fixing Following Electrical Arrangements

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC, Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point/fan point. SD 17

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC, Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 15A3 pin flush type non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC, Unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 15A3 pin flush type non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. Supply and run of 2x1.5sqmm (22x0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI Bearer Wire of service connection Mains (SD64)

Supply and run of 2x1.5sqmm (22x0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI Pipe (Class B) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains (SD 69) 25MM GI PIPE
