Cleaning, servicing and testing complete HT 33 KV switch yard, various equipment, over head line, CT, PT, Isolator, DO fuse etc complete way at Power House all as specified and directed by EIC for the following :- (a) line isolator, 33 KV (Horizontal type) :- Servicing of line isolator (Horizontal break outdoor type) including cleaning of contact (knife) by CTC liquid, proper lubrication greasing on contacts & moving rod / handle for proper function of moveable rod for smooth ON / OFF position and checking the incoming and outgoing connection (terminal lugs to be replaced if required) and testing with following. (i) Carrying out Insulation testing between phase to phase& phase to earth shall be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type oil cooled single phase Current Transformer (CT) set of three with double wound, dual ratio C.T.'s 60-30A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV 3 phase system 15 VA burden for protection (class 5P10) 15 VA burden for metering (accuracy class 0.2) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.Make: CG/KAPPA/Heptacare Power.

All as per item No 36 above but dual ratio CT 150-75A/5-5A suitable for 33 KV system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type oil cooled single phase HT Potential Transformer (PT) set of three suitable for 33 KV / 110 Volt outdoor type, 3 Phase system, 15 VA burden for protection (accuracy class 0.1) as per IS: 2705-1992 complete with necessary connections etc as required complete all as specified and directed.Make: CG/KAPPA/Heptacare Power.

Supply and fix in replacement of 33 kv RMU PT fuse 0.5 Amps AVT type complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Re-laying of 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed stone slab 25 to 30cm wide and not less than 60cm long laid dry and abuting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over U/G cable for cable all as directed.

M&L for Auguring/ Driling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by mannual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directd by EIC.

M&L for GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed of size 100 mm. Make: Prakash surya/ Jindal/ TATA.

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 3" up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only.

Supply, fixing and lay in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable OH conductor all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab.

Material and labour for end jointing kit, indoor type heat shinkable, 95 sqmm to 120 Sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Raychem, Birla 3M, M-seal.
