Diffusers: Supply and installation of square shape ceiling diffusers with opposed blade volume control damper, 16 G thick extruded aluminium powder coated material, along with removable core & anti smudge ring type volume control dampers as per specification.
Volume control damper: Supply and installation of multi opposed blade type manual volume control damper, rectangular/circular shape, 16 G GSS casing & 16 G GSS blades, shaft, bearing etc locking arrangement and OPEN/CLOSE inidcation etc., as per technical specification.
Fire Damper: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fusible link fire damper, fire damper meet the 90 min fire rating and material of construction requirements as per UL 555 with class II leakage rating and class B construction. The damper shall be of 14 G and blade shall be made out of 16 G GI material.
Supply /return air grilles with opposed blade volume control dampers (VCD) , (18 G thk.blade Al with powder coating ): procurement , installation , testing and as per the specifications Cost is based on the neck area of the grill .
SS HEPA Filter Frames: Supply of SS 304L plates, studs, angle,channel and other structural sections for fabrication of filter frames. Preparation of fabrication drawings / site erection drawings, Procurement of material, fabrication , installation along with its support and testing as per the specifications . The cost estimation will be based on the actual weight of SS 304L used for fabrication.
HEPA filters: The scope of work includes design, supply, transportation, handling, installation, testing and commissioning of micro glass fiber HEPA filters with 99.97 % efficiency down to 0.3 micron, Filter size 610 x 610 x 292 mm (1700 CMH per Filter) including 6 mm thick neoprene gasket as per technical specification.
SS304L shim plates(or sheets):Supply, fabrication & installation of SS304L shim plates(or sheets) upto 1.6 mm thk
MS Structural: Supply of materials, fabrication and erection of MS structural steel as per IS 2062 with original linkable mill test certificate for supporting duct plenums & stiffners, isolation dampers, pipes, equipment supports, including one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of epoxy painting. The structural material shall be in the form of angle, channel, beam, plate, pipe, rod, fasteners, clamp etc
