Outsourcing of services for operation and routine maintainance of 11 KV main receiving New sub station round the clock in three shifts on all days including Sundays & Holidays with all connected equipments such as HT 11 KV VCBs -04 Nos, Out door transformer 11KV/433 V 750 KVA -02 Nos, 11 KV/433 V 315 KVA transformer -01 No, DG set Cater pillar Make 725 KVA with synchronising panels -02 Nos, Trolley mounted DG set of 100 KVA capacity - 01 No, LT Main Panel with ACBs and MCCBs, APFC Panels 300 KVAR -02 Nos. including daily maintenance of log sheets, up keeping of installation premises, machines, control panels, replacement of fuses and minor parts such as switches, indication lamps etc., switching on/off street/ security lights in Technical & Non technical area under DRDL Kalinga complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One Electrician (Skilled) in each shift of 08 hours , 03 shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Public Holidays.

Supply only Engine oil 20 w 40 for topping up Engines.

Disconnection and removing the old unserviceable power factor capacitors from the APFC Panel including Supply and fix Power capacitor cylindrical type Resin filled heavy duty 440 V, 50 Hz , 3-ph, AC having of capacity 10 KVAR all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T /Crompton / C & S

Supply and fixing Panel mounted 3 Pole contactor of suitable rating operational voltage 500 volts, AC 50 HZ, inbuilt aux. contacts- 1 No + 1 NC or 2 NO + 2 NC with standard coil voltage 220 volts the surge resistor contract shall be post break type and damping resistances after closing be cut of current rating cap 25 Amp.
