PART A- AMC

Carrying out comprehensive maintenance of Automatic fire detection system and providing specialized manpower whenever required, tools and plants etc for keeping the service operational up to standards, in 32 Nos Major TE buildings furnished as per annexure complete as required. The system in single building shall be treated as one Job irrespective of number of panels. (Note: Rate shall be quoted on monthly basis for bi monthly visit in sites) Total for 24 month

PART B -BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE

Checking the fire detection system in TE buildings which are not covered under AMC, Conducting smoke testing of the fire detection system, replacement of faulty components if required as per items given in Sl. No.3 of the schedule etc complete as reqd (Note; Work to be done Once in a year)

Carrying Out breakdown maintenance/ repairing works of Automatic Fire detection system in TE Buildings which are not covered under AMC including checking the fault, repairing/ replacing the following components, testing, commissioning etc as reqd

Replacement of faulty AFDS Panel with new 4 Zone Micrprocessor based Panel

Replacement of faulty AFDS Panel with new 6 Zone Microprocessor based Panel

Replacement of faulty AFDS Panel with new 8 Zone Microprocessor based Panel

Replacement of Faulty smoke detector with new Photo Electric detector

Replacement of Faulty heat detector with new one

Repairing of Faulty Manual Call point by replacing the components/ PCB etc as reqd

Repairing of Faulty Sounder/ Hooter by replacing the components/ PCB/ speaker etc as reqd

Replacing the faulty DC to DC Converter with new 48 V to 24 V Converter

Repairing the faulty AfDS Panels by replacing the minor Electronic Components such IC, Transistor, capacitor, LED indication lamps etc i/c cleaning the system using blowers etc

Replacing the faulty batteries in the panel with 2 Nos. new 12V, 7 AH sealed maintenance free battery, i/c giving connections etc as reqd
