Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. A) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing the mechanical devices and new gear box with handle of 1mtr for operational moment of existing rolling shutter of height 3mtr i/c overhauling greasing, oiling & vertical travel of M.S rolling shutter etc complete as required.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing of trench covers on AC plant room man holes, made out of 6mm thick M.S checkered sheet, arrangement P/F of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm M.S angle iron suitable cross angle in Z shaped) i/c cutting edges, grinding and painting with enamel black coloured paint with two or more coat to give even shine after applying red oxide paint etc complete as required at site.

Fabrication,Supplying,fixing and welding of M.S. angle on surface of A.C Room trench (40X40X5) NS & 25mm x 4mm flat patti frame,size of 1mtr x 1mtr & squaring gapping size between flat patti to patti is 3" x 3" in existing trench, painting of frame with red oxide/primer two or more coats before enamel paint.frame completed etc as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of handle of size 5”x2” made of ½” dia M.S road for opening and closing the existing sheet cover drilling holes, welding and painting etc. complete as required at site.

Cleaning of existing trench of min size 0.60 mtr x 0.30 depth & above sizes by lifting bolders, domestic waste, soil, bricks dabris & garbage etc by providing suitable temporary angle support on hire charges etc to bear the load of cables of different size without disturbing the connection of cables and shifting the lifted malba complete as required at site.

Dressing of different size LT cable in existing cable trench from 35 Sq.m to 400 Sq.mm with clamp along the side of trench each cable etc as reqd. at site.

Supplying fixing and welding M.S. angle of (50X50X6) MS on both edges of existing trench i/c painting etc. as reqd.

Supplying, fabrication & fixing of MS sheet of 2mm thickness, feeder pillar doors, with 2 Nos. gowdown lock, 4 Nos. hinges and 2 Nos. handles along with door painted with primer, enamel synthetic grey paint (Two coats) etc as required .

Disposal of cable trench rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable dismantle or waste materials means old sand i/c loading transporting unloading of approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by engineer incharge beyond 50 mtr initial lead for all leads i/c all lifts involved.

Removing the dismentled/detective cables of size 35 sq mm dia to 400 sq. mm from the existing cable trench by men power etc complete as reqd

Credit for the old dismantled materials including dismantling from installed location.
