Providing and fixing Premium Commercial Nylon Carpet Tile Flooring of

approved make, colour, design and texture, manufactured from high-

performance solution-dyed nylon fibre with heavy-duty PVC/bitumen

backing, suitable for high-traffic commercial areas. Carpet tiles shall be of

size 500 mm × 500 mm (or approved equivalent), having a total thickness of

6–8 mm, and fixed using approved pressure-sensitive adhesive. The work

shall include floor surface preparation, cleaning, cutting, laying, alignment,

jointing, edge finishing and complete installation, including all labour,

materials, tools, transportation and accessories required for a finished floor.

Providing and fixing window having extruded aluminum Colour Powder

Coated section frame main outer size 95mm x 24mm x 1.17mm @ wt.of

0.738 Kg/mt, horizontal Three track member size 92mm x 31.75mm x

1.30mm @ Wt.1.07 Kg/mt, vertical member of size 92mm x 31.75mm x

1.50mm ,@ Wt. 1.06 Kg/mt with sliding shutters of horizontal member size

Providing and fixing Premium Decorative Wall Paneling using 12 mm to

mm thick BWP/BWR grade plywood or MDF substrate finished with natural

veneer, decorative laminate, fluted panels, charcoal louvers, PU-coated

finish, CNC-cut patterns, metal inlays or other approved decorative finishes.

The paneling shall be fixed over an aluminium /GI /wooden framework

4 with necessary screws, adhesives, edge bands, trims and accessories. The 118.80 Sqm 5933.75

work shall include surface preparation, cutting, grooving, polishing,

finishing, mouldings and complete installation to achieve a premium

architectural finish, as per approved drawings and directions of the

Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.

Providing and supplying U-shaped modular conference table (as per layout

and image) with 600 mm width, made from double layers of 19 mm thick

plywood structure finished with corean sheet approved by Architect,

including necessary fixtures and fastening. Each straight module shall be

120 × 60 × 75 cm in size, along with two quarter-circle corner modules

forming a continuous U shape as shown in the image. The table top edges

5 shall be covered with half-round teakwood beading finished with approved 26.40 Sqm 21111.02

melamine polish. The table shall include laminated modesty panels, side

supports, and provisions for cable management, electrical plug points, mic

ports, and switchboards, with concealed routing through cut-outs and

internal cable raceways, complete as per Architect’s drawings and

instructions of the Architect and Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing 3D Stainless Steel (SS 304 Grade) Logo and

Letter Signage of approved design, font and size, comprising the

Government Emblem and "TEAM NAVSARI" lettering with overall height

approximately 900 mm, manufactured from 1.2 mm thick SS 304 sheet with

laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding and mirror/brushed finish. The

work shall include MS/SS backing frame, mounting studs, spacers, chemical

fasteners, templates, installation hardware, transportation, fixing, alignment

and complete installation on finished wall surface as per approved drawing

and specifications, complete in all respects.

Providing and Arranging OFFICE CHAIR (MID BACK CHAIR) made out of

aluminium die cast in 5 pronged base, polyester mesh in back with

PU lumbar pad which can be adjustable by the user, high

density injection molded PU with leather upholstery in seat pan

with center tilt mechanism with PU padded height adjustable arm

rest. The height adjustment of the chair should be done with gas lift with

100 mm travel for quick and comfortable height adjustment. It should

be maintenance free and should be tested for over 50,000 cycles using

8 stringent quality assurance system. The gas used in the cylinder should 55.00 Nos 6767.00

be non- toxic, non-flammable. The tilt mechanism should made up of

cold-rolled carbon steel sheets as per technical specifications mentioned

above. The mechanism should be with 4 position locking mechanism.

Polyurethane armrests confirming to IS standard and fabric as per the

technical specifications mentioned above should be provided in the

chairs etc. complete as directed by the Architect and approved by the

Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing approved quality single shutter 12 mm thick

toughened safety glass door with adhesive safety film, including all

necessary fittings and accessories such as floor spring, top patch, bottom

patch, pivot set, corner patch, stainless steel (SS) D-handle of size 600 mm

long × 25 mm diameter, rubber gaskets, setting blocks, screws, anchor

fasteners, sealant, drilling, cutting, labour, transportation, and complete

installation, all complete as per approved specifications and as directed by

the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Arranging EXECUTIVE CHAIR Overall size : Width 650mm

Without castors, Depth 650mm, Height 1050 to 1140mm, Adjustability of

seat height 440 to 530mm. Seat size : 500x500mm approx. Back size :

500x610 (H) approx. Material : Seat and back should be made up of 12mm

thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and molded

Polyurethane foam (60mm thick. With density 50-55), together with

molded ABS seat and back covers. The back foam is designed with

contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The armrest should be one

10 piece and made of black integral sikin polyurethane and reinforced with MS 3.00 Nos 16841.75

insert and scratch and weather resistant. Castors : The twin wheel castors

should be injected molded in black Nylon. Pedestal Assy. : The pedestal

should be injection mounded in black 30% glass filled Nylon with gas lift

mechanism. Upholstery : The seats and backs are to be covered with

superior quality fabric. Finish : All steel components are to be painted after

proper anti corrosion pretreatment of surface Including all materials and

labour etc. complete as per drawing and instruction of engineer-in-charge.

1. The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which
