Construction of RCC foundation block (ratio M20) of size 2.40 x 1.50 x 0.50 mtr (2 no,s) for complete installation of newly supplied pumps with motors of Model/Make = RBK125/27/Kirloskar at Gramthang Minji. The work also include supply and Filling at existing pump house floor of size (6.08x5)mtr by Bolders,rocks, sand,soil etc by ramming and watering. The work also includes couping of thickness 3 inch of remaining portion after construction of Rcc Foundation including cutting bending and cost of steel,carriage,materials etc.

Installation of Multistage Horizontal Centrifugal Pump / Split Casing with SS Impeller, Cast Iron/S.G Iron casing/WCB, mechanical Seal, bearing lubrication oil, Coupled to energy efficient squirrel cage induction Motor resting on a M.S common base frame properly aligned having 180/240 (Kw/Hp). shall be installed in parallel combination fitted with all Long radius bends, common pressure header with Flanges, Cork sheet Gaskets, Nuts Bolts with washers, provision for 25mm priming facility using 25mm heavy duty ball valves 02 Nos, 25 mm (ERW) M.S. Pipe etc with each pump and the job includes providing and fitting of M.S suction pipe of 150mm dia, 8m length, with flanges, long radius bends foot valves with strainer, Sluice valve PN-16(2no,s) clips and clamps, nipples, flanges as per site requirement. Also providing of single core copper cable of required size 200-240 mm2 of 22mtr confirming to IS 694 with required thimbles from panel to Motors
