TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS AT NMS UNDER AGE (I) NABAGRAM

To perform such services and execute such works covered under the ' TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK AT NMS UNDER AGE(I) NABAGRAM, upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 Part-I (Specification) with errata/ amendments 1 to 3 and rates contained in the MES Standard schedule of rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) including amendment no 1 to 122, new section no 30 and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) Note: (i) Bider shall insert unfiorm percentage at the 15th row under coloumn 'F' or '6' of this BOQ sheet. (ii) Bidder shall refer and select the option 'Excess(+) or 'Less(-) available at the 15th row under coloumn 'E' or '5' of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/ below/ at par on MES SSR- 2020 (Part-II) (iii) Amount inserted by MES undr the coloumn'F' or '6-13' (estimated rate) and total amount reflected under coloumn 'BA' or '53-13' is approximate and for reference only. Irrespective of the amount reflected under coloumn 'BA' or '53- 16', the CA amount shall be limited to Rs 10.00 lakhs. But the +/- percentage quoted by bidder is furnished below being term contract work is placed at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page (F/6-15).
