ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF ARCHAOELOGICAL GARDEN AT R.C.C., SIKANDRA, AGRA AS ENUMERATED IN TENDER FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2026-27.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e., lawn tree , shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste etc. Total garden area per month = 12141 Sqm. X 08 months = 97128 Sqm.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment). (As when as required throughout the year)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k m lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). (As when as required throughout the year)

Disposal/removal of garden garbage i.e. machine cut grass, weeds, twigs, pruning of shrubs & trees, cliping of hedges dried leaves, wrapper, polythene other wastage clear the garden area with mechanical transport. (As when as required throughout the year)
