“Annual maintenance & repair to building for cement, wood work including sanitary and plumbing works at Nirman Bhawan and others miscellaneous civil work as and when required as per PWD schedule of rates under Salt Lake Roads Sub-Division of BMS Division, Salt Lake, Kolkata.” Different civil works, cement works, wood work including Sanitary & Plumbing works at inside and outside of premises of Nirman Bhawan under Salt Lake Roads Sub Division is regularly maintained on emergent basis as per lodged complaint from different officers of Nirman Bhawan has to be taken up on urgent basis as desired as well as instruction obtained from competent authority of UD&MA Department. ”All the required item of works are to be executed for the above mentioned work as per current P.W.D Schedule of Rates 2017 with effect from 01/11/2017 for Building Works (Volume-I),Sanitary & Plumbing Works (Volume-II) with effect from 01.11.2017 & Schedule of rates of PWD (W.B) 2018 for Road & Bridge Works (Volume-III) with effect from- 30.08.2018 along with all of its Corrigenda and Addenda.
