Providing, Installation & Commissioning of Variable Refrigerent Flow (VRF) System Outdoor units of AC machines minimum capacity of 20 HP or 16 TR each Top discharge, Modular type only cool, next generation VRF, each outdoor unit comprises of 100% inverter Driven Hermetically sealed Scroll Compressors , air cooled condenser wth protective coated fins heat exchangement corrosion fin factory coated propeller type fan with motor , specially designed ODUs with refrigerant cooled heat sink , nonstop working at 56 degree C, with R410A or equivalent Refrigerant , working on 3 phase AC range of 380 volt to 420 (±5%)Volt, 50Hz , the outdoor unit should contain error code LED display for ease of operation, auto addressing setting refrigerant cool PCB, Electronic expansion Valve, microprocessor controller, VRF unit should be compatible with High Wall unit/Cassette unit etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing for Installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System type indoor unit comprising of Copper coil section, filter section, micro processor type PCB , the unit shall be ceiling suspended type and complete with all standard accessories etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge. VRF four way cassette unit Capacity minimum 3.2 TR

Providing & Installation of Remote Controller Compitable of VRF indoor Unit , Cordless controller etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of copper individual Refnet Y distribution joint IDU etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRF/VRV system,complete with fittings,with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories insulated with XLPE Class O tubular insulation/with Class O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc as required:

12.7 mm dia. (OD) (soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation.

15.86 mm dia.(OD) (soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation.

28.58 mm dia.(OD) (Hard drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation

31.8 mm dia. (OD) (Hard drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19mm thick insulation.

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of rigid UPVC piping complete with fittings, supports as per specifications and duly insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation. 32 mm dia (with 6 mm nitrile rubber Insulation).

Supply, installation and commissioning of Cu refrigerant pipes (required as per OEM design) duly installed with 19 mm/ 13 mm close cell electrometric nitrale rubber insulation between each set of outdoor and indoor units (VRF) 41.3 mm dia with 19 mm thick insulation.

Supply & lying of Copper conductor scheduled flexible communication cabling between ODU and IDU as per OEM specification (VRF) cable shall be laying through hard PVC conduit pipe.

Supply & fitting fixing of G.I. Cable Tray for laying of copper pipe support along with fittings as per required size 100mm.

Supply & fitting fixing of G.I. Cable Tray for laying of copper pipe support along with fittings as per required size 150mm.

Supply & filling of First charge of refrigerant R410 A

Providing & connecting Electric control cables between indoor & outdoor, Machine room Supply point to indoor machine suitable cable for 3 phase line in/c Neutral etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & installation Outdoor structure or CC Pedestal complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
