Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone work including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry using Solid PCC block type C4 exceeding 10 Cm width, built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT(CRS/HCR) bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping ,for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars(CRS/HCR), 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for form work to sides and soffits of beams, lintels etc, fair finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in beams, cantilever, lintels over 1.5M span etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel work such as joist, channel, angle or tee section fixing independently without connecting plates, cut to ordinary length ie, within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Grade E-250, Fe 410 W quality B all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix concertina coil of 700 mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm (2min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make incl white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing incl necessary welding to MS sections etc including taking out old concertina complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including secruing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Material and labour for rendering 10mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade(company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and includingpriming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre per 10 Sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills , grating ,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or revated for forged in to spike, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, balusters, walk ways raling framed work for water tanks similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 103290.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 103290.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
