M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified

Repairs to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring, sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as directed(including supply of road metal)

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG – 10 at 10 KG per 10 Sqm complete all as specified

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG – 10 at 5 KG per 10 Sq m complete all as specified

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using hot mix plant and mechanical paver complete all as specified. Note: If actual design mix covers less than 5.5% binder content, then rate of recovery of bitumen shall be as per rate in purchase voucher per KG for the purpose of adjustment. No adjustment shall be made if the design mix binder content is more than 5.5%.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam, laid/rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness more than 75mm) complete all as specified.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil as in berms including uprooting of grass/spalings etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required (spread thickness 100mm) complete all as specified.

M&L removal of debris providing cast in situ cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint paint, white or golden yellow one coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Delineator 600 mm long all directional retro reflected round delineator short made out of 18 guage MS pipe of outer Dia 47mm, Delineator powder coated to have 200 mm wide high intensity reflective band of colour white and red. Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage CAT PART No. 11-20 Make: Greens/Greenlite or equivalent embedding in Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with size of block 300mmX300mmX450mm deep including earthwork complete all as directed by Engineer – in – Charge. Note:- The rate of Plain Cement Concrete & Earthwork is included in this item and nothing shall be extra paid.

M&L Two way (dual direction) reflective Road studs (Cat eye) of Aluminium alloy body of dimensions 90 x 115 x 18 mm, having micro cube corner spark glow reflector white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of Dia 12 mm of length 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: (I) Cat eye shall confirm to ASTM D-4280 and mort 7th from CRRI New Delhi and Model ALEXIX -1402 or equivalent.

S&F Solar Road Studs having 3 LED of colours red/yellow to a side (total – 06 nos) housed in a tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of any size (120 X 130mm), (100X130mm) and (125mm X 125mm) of height 20 mm built in stem – nail 30mm x 50mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, Solar – cells, battery & light sensor roof, system workable 2-3 days after full charge in 8-10 hours, CAT No- GPL-03-01 Make: Greens/Greenlite or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Reflector round type. Dimension Dia: 144.5mm, colour in Red, Amber or White. Make: Greens/ Greenlite or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
