M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) incl making the surface finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) incl making surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepation of old painted wooden based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
