Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 9.118.1 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. 12.34 Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV/HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

15.4 Supplying, installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required. 15.4.2 2 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply.

MR-1 Supplying with including fitting fixing of Ceiling fan etc. as directed by the Deptt.

MR-2 Supplying including fitting fixing of 18 Watt. Slim LED batten with polycarbonate round-shape diffuser. Grey end cap, housing is an ideal replacement solution for existing battens / fluorescent lamps with elegantly designed end caps etc. as required and directed by the Deptt.

MR-3 Supplying with including fitting fixing of ADORE LED PLUS 9 W/10 W. etc. as required & directed by the Deptt.

MR-4 Supplying with including fitting fixing of Exhaust Fan etc. as directed by the Deptt.

MR-5 Supplying with fitting & fixing of highly effective front openable 45W IP66 Street light/Campus light with aluminium pressure dia-cost housing, toughened glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution to ensure uniform light distribution, higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system etc. as required and as directed by the Department (Orient, Bajaj, Havells or equivalent make).

MR-6 Supplying with fitting and fixing of 1.5 H.P. Submersible Pump set (Water Filled Motor) as required and directed by the department. (Crompton / Kirlosjar / Usha or equivalent make).

MR-7 Design, fabrication & supply of Floor mounted compartmentalized dust and vermin proof power distribution Panel Board (L.T- 3 ph, 415 V, AC, 100 Amp) made of M.S. sheet of not less than 16 swg duly welded & Powder Coated with Grey colour to both in interior & exterior. All wiring for control & metering shall be done by multistranded PVC insulated Finolex make single core copper flexible cable of not less than 1.5 sq.mm. Size and will be properly harnessed and drawn neatly clamped for incoming & out going cables, 4 (Four) separately electrolytic grade aluminium busbar (3- Phase & Neutral) of 100 amps will be layed in separate chamber. All the outgoing cable of the MCCB/MCB up to cable alley connecter shall be connected by flat/round/flexible Copper cable etc.

MR-8 Supplying including erection of 7.00 Mtr. G.I. Octagonal Pole with Single arm bracket of required size along with fitting fixing, excavation work, foundation of bolts and nuts in R.C.C. work in 1:3:6 proportion of 1.00 Mtr. depth, Cement plastering and etc. complete with all necessary materials as required and specified by the Department.

MR-9 Supply of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV Gd. Solid Aluminum conductor up to 10 sqmm, balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour (Aluminum wire for single core up to 70 sq. mm, balance Aluminum strip, Glavanised wire for cables up to 2 x 10 sq. mm, 3 x 10 sq. mm, 4 x 6 sq. mm & balance all galvanized steel strip), extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7908 (Part-I) 1988 armored U.G. cable as specified and directed by the deptt. (Havells, RR, or equivalent make as approved by this Deptt.) Considering 100 Mtr. length). (i) 10.00 sq.mm 2 Core U.G. Cable

(ii) 35.00 sq.mm 3.5 Core U.G. Cable

MR-10 Supplying with fitting and fixing 3- phase Digital type Energy Mete tested with APDCL including Load Security, Meter security, Labour charge and connection charge with all accessories materials as required complete as directed by the deptt. (For 9 KW Load)
