Sugar Graders- 04 Points 5. Sugar Bins- 04 Points 6. Hi-tech make Sugar weighment machines - 03 Points 7. P.P. Bag Stitching Machines- 03 Points 8. Blowers- 03 Points (B.) Dust Collecting System in all respect must include 1. Ducting pipes of appropriate Dia with flamges etc. 2. Induction Motor suitable for 415V± 6%, 50Hz ± 5% 3 phase continuous operation foot mounted IP 55 Class F insulation Heavy Duty Electric Motor for ID Fan (ABB/Siemens/CG/Bharat Bijlee/Kirloskar) with casing impellor shaft, frame Pedestal etc. with stater. 3. Sweet water pumps 02 nos. with motors and starters, Plummer Blocks, Bearings etc. 4. Control Panel suitable for ID Fan Motor and Starters for Pump Motors as required complete with incoming and outgoing switches, heavy duty bus bar, A/V meter, indication trip lamps, push button starter, remote push button facility, wall mounting arrangement (panel to be installed within 5m radius of fan & pump. Accordingly interconnecting cable and remote push button included) 5. Required Butterfly Valves, Suitable Couplings for I.D. Fan., Flanges and Bends for Ducting., Inlet Damper, Outlet Ducting., Sweet Water Tank 01 No., SLGS Chamber, Suitable Venturi, Cyclonic entry. 6 Supporting Brackets and Hoods 7 Miscellaneous Ducting as required etc. 8 Instrumentation for automatic melt transfer and automatic fresh water makeup consisting of solenoid valves, level switches, timers ect. 9 Erection & Commissioning of above supplied system 10 You had to provide full Drawing with specifications/dimensions to our Mill
