Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/ sqm and grouting in 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) over suncken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement . (b) M&L for applying two coats of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr Fixit pidifin 2K manufactured by M/s Pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent make as approved by GE/AGE(I) and followed by a overlay protective 15 mm thick screed/ rendering in CM 1:4 along with liquid water proofing at appropriate ratio of approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after preparations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating is followed as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) for roof padding to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching of roof etc rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair glazing (5.00 mm thick float glass) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket and aluminium snap beading etc. complete all as direted by Engineer-in-charge . (Note : - Cost of aluminium snap beading and EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only anodised aluminium snap beading all as specified.

Supply only EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket all as specified.

Taking down Chowkats exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

Dismantling boarding any description fixed with screws and fixed in any position all as directed.

Supply only Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks over aluminium door and window, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 5 mm thick retro-reflected/ tinted glass , fixed over aluminium door and window with snap beading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium (extruded section) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No.1 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg and fixed with stainless steel screw complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles as in backing all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L for applying evenly one coat of polymeric modified bituminious primer @ 0.30Kg/Sqm all as specified.

(c) M&L for providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application as per manufactur's instruction and shall be applied by authorised person of the company complete all as specified and directed.

(d) M&L applyling a coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing the top surface by two coat of alluminium paints@ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

(e) M&L for carrying out test by filling of water for conteneous 48 hours and providing plaster template of size 450x450mm,10mm thick in CM 1:4 and engraving CA No/Firm name/date all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound.
