Providing and laying glazed vitrified floor tiles(GVT) with approved brand and size 1200x600mm or nearest available size (thickness to be specified by manufacturerer with water absorption lessthan 0.08% and cofirming to IS 15622 and fixing floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhessive(Water based)confirming to IS 15477 in average 3mm thickness and grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joint of 3mm width using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardner and 0.20kg of resin per kg), including filling/grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

(Purchase price of tiles at site to be in the range of Rs. 70/Sqft to Rs. 90/Sqft.)

Providing , laying and grouting Anti-skid vitrified tifes of minimum 1200x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specifled by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer in all colours & shades in flooring, laid with cement based high pofymer modified quick set tife adhesive (water based) conforming to IS 15477, in average 6mm thickness including grouting the joints of width 3 nun , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated fiffer of desired shade ( 0.10 kg of hardener & 0.20 kg of resin per kg), etc. complete ls per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture,With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Wall painting with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well.

Supplying and fixing pure polyester powder coated coloured aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand/manufacturer including mitring the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors, walls and ceiling, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and wall/ceiling with plaster of paris, cost of timber packing if necessary, rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats, etc. complete as per standard practice for glazed doors, windows, side hung as well as sliding windows, ventilators, partitions etc. including all hinges, pivots, tower bolts, peg stays, fixtures, and pure polyester powder coated aluminium approved brand beadings, handles & approved locking system at all levels.(Payment will be given for the weight of aluminium sections only)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With 5mm thick annealed glass ST450 BLUE GREEN (COOL-LITE series of saint gobain india or eqvt with VLT > 40%, & U value < 5.7W/m2/K).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With toughned glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness

Providing shelves of size 1.00 x 1.95 & 0.30 m depth with 18mm BWR ply laminated with 1mm laminate of approved veneer and with 6mm ply backing laminated on one side and with no shutters. 4 Nos. of 6mm glass shelves shall be provided.Visible faces have to be edge banded with approved colour lipping subject to client approval.Laminates to be hot pressed on BWR grade ply and the rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour etc.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. up to 5Km distance.
