Supplying, Installation and Testing of 10 HP Three Phase Centrifugal monoblock pump set (Crompton Greaves/ Aquatic/CRI/V-Guard make) with DOL Starter (Crompton Greaves/ Control & Switch Gear/BCH/L&T/Siemens make) with all allied fittings & fixtures complete.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600mm x 600 mm x6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long atc with charcoal or coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 32mm x 6mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip electrode, including connecion/terminating with G.I Nut-Boltspring, washer etc as required.(jointing shall be done by overlapping abd with 2 sets of GI nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) WTP(3 Nos), Pump House of R/F(2 Nos) ,Residential Qtr Type-II/2 (1 No) , Type- III/2 (1 No)

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with GI thimble etc as required

Providing, laying and fixing following dia GI pipe (medium class) om ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required (i) 100 mm dia

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) (i)100 mm Dia (ii) Class-I

Fixing the lighting conductor finial (single prong) with the base plate including holes etc. complete as required

Jointing copper/GI tape (with another copper /GI tap,base of the finial or any other metallic object) by roveting/nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and fixing GI tape 20mm x 3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 liters capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, dusters etc., removal of silt,rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting wqith bleaching powder@ 0.5 gm per liter capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of the tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
