Erection of metallic pole of length Above 10 metre and upto 12 metre, in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Labour cost for loading, unloading of metallic poles, conductors etc. for transportation from store to site (vice- versa). (Truck will be provided departmentally).

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 60 cm ), 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply of channel iron 75mmX40mmX 6mm (7.14 Kg/ mtr) cross arm for 4wire overhead lines complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator, pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supply of Angle iron bracket (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) 65 cm long. [ For mounting of light fittings.]

Supply of Stay Clamp. [For earth-wire].

Labour cost for erection of Stay clamp.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on steel tubular/ rail pole etc. as required. ( 12 nos. for conductors & 51 nos. for craddle guard and 16 nos. for bracket of light fittings). (Angle required for cradle guard will be provided departmentally).

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 110 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required .

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 80 mm pin insulator complete with G. I. Spindle and nuts etc. as required .

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm diameter including binding etc. as required. (Approx. Route length for erection of 4-wire LT line is 700m and erection of earth wire of route length 6 Km for HT feeder).

Supply of 8 SWG GI wire for Cradling.

Erection of Cradle Guard 3- Wire (50 Nos. of Spans).

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X.6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.1. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply and fixing of anti- climbing device made of pointed rods as per requirement by site engineer.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. (Approx. route length for dismantling is 500mtr.).

Contractor's Overhead & Profit on Sl. No.- 4, 5 & 6 only.
