Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (and backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate) as in filling / mass conrete of sunken floor complete all as directed.

M&L pre cast PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (plain or interlocking joints) and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajja, roof projection etc in any descriptionabove 6 Mts in height in patches including necessary form work complete all as directed. (Note: Qutoed rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt etc).

Cutting chases in brick or stone wall for concealed water tubing etc, and making good to facing where reqd and pointing in CM 1:3 and making good the cutting as per its original specfication, cutting chases not exceeding exc 10 cm girth complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 10 here-in-above but depth of cutting chases exc 10 cm but n.exc 20 cm girth -do-

S&F in repair CP brass towel rail 600mm long including screws fixed complete all as directed. Make : Prayag, Cat No BA -1S

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, hard standing finished the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and finished the surface suitable to receive floor tiles complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of minimum size 550 x 550mm, 18-20 mm thick, as in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & mirror, polishing complete all as directed.

All same as per item No. 18 here - in - above but as in dado & skirting with 10 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar screed - do - (Note for item No 18 & 19: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed.)

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet black) work (table rubbed, polished and rounding of edges where ever necessary as ordered) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rounding of edges and Screed bed)

M&L double charged vitrified coloured tiles in light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm, but not exceeding 1.00 sqm( with minimum size of tiles not less than 800mm X 800 mm) in floors etc. tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed in floor surfaces complete all directed.

All same as per item No. 21 but n.exc 0.36 sqm -do-

M&L double charged vitrified coloured tiles in light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm, but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in skirting etc. tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in skirting complete all directed.

M & L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M & L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x300x7mm thick, on verticals surfaces, such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & poited in white or coloured cement to match surface of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 :4 set complete all as directed. (Note for item No 21 to 26 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ back coat. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick best quality approved white marble work in narrow width , rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade tile marble tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set complete all as directed. Note :Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed.

Cleaning the entire terrazo floor surface by remoing stains marks etc including machine grinding & mirror polishing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed.(Note : In case where machine grinding is not feasible hand grinding is permitted only after written approval from Engineer-in-Charge).

S&F in repairs 2 mm thick Linoleum, plain coloured, laid dry in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting, including sealed down with and approved adhesive in all position and in narrow widths complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone or block masonry surface or other than fair faces brick work mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction, and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surface or other than fair faces brick work, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling finished fair and even complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs vitreous China ware wash down water closet pan (Pedestal Pattern) (EWC), white with fixing bolt to floor and connecting pan to trap, pedestral pan and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as directed.

S&F 50mm bore and 60 cm long GI pipe fixed in floors as spouts for sunken floor incl cutting and making holes in stone masonry walls incl provn of PCC 1:2:4

M&L for complete Water Proofing Treatment to sunken floors in repairs as under: (i) First layer of slurry of cement using 0.225 kg Cebex 100 or equivalent mixed to 50kg bag of cement using pressure grouting with 40 psi pump after filing all joints/ cracks in CM 1:4 mixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1litre per 50 kg bag of cement. (ii) Providing and applying 1.5mm thick with twocoats with interval period of 6 hrs over substrate at a coverage rate of 2kg per Sqm using spray/ roller over a layer of water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces. (iii) Laying 200gms non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed befor providing screed bedding.
