Providing, Fabrication, Erection and Fixing of 7x 0.75 Meters Mild Steel Sign board by way of following: Providing and Fabrication of 7x 0.75 meters sign board out of [SHS 50x50x3.5 ] Square Steel hollow Section by way of its fixing on all the four rectangular sides. The so fabricated rectangle is to be strengthened by Providing and fixing of same SHS section by 03 No. vertical members placing them equidistantly. Providing and fixing of 1mm thick mild steel black sheet to so fabricated 7x0.75 rectangular section by way of its welding with hollow steel section. Providing and Fixing of 02 No. legs on both sides of so fabricated board out of ISMC 100 mm channel section having 6 meters vertical length on both sides. Strengthening of 2 No. vertical posts by way providing and fixing of ISA 50x50x5mm upto 3.5 meter length on both side. Providing and laying of 600x400x400 mm cement concrete block in 1: 2 : 4 mix. The same shall include earth cutting, shuttering, curing etc. Painting of so fabricated rectangular board, legs etc. by application of 01 coat of red oxide steel primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint light/ sky blue shade or any other shade as decided by site engineer all through its length and breadth. Lettering of so fabricated 7x 0.75 meter by bold letters in contrast shade shall be provided by this Office later on.
