Supply and erection of Flex boards to Sapthadwarams in four mada street for Srivari Brahmostavams 2026 and Rathasapthami at Tirumala

Supply and fixing STAR Flex with Back Light Flex Board using M.S. Frame work of 25 x 25 mm thick Square pipe having 0.80 to 0.90 kg/Rmt as per approved design or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with required supports and joints shall be with full welding. The flex sheet shall have 360gsm best quality and top of that best quality eight (08) pass printing including cost and conveyance to the site of work, incidental charges if any shall be born by the contractor.

Note: 1) Any damage occurs due to natural calamities with in 21 days from the date of fixing shall be replaced by new one immediately.

2) The original Soft copy of Star Flex design/Any Flex Design approved by the TTD shall be handed over to the Concerned A.E before finalization of payments.

3) The contractor / firm / Agent shall invariably attend to the site when evehe department requests to change / replace the Star flex boards.

The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection at specified place including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the department (Note: The Original Soft copy of star flex design/ any flex Design approved by the TTD shall be handed over to the Concerned Dy.EE /AEE/ AE before finalization of payements)

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight)with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.(Note: The Original Soft copy of star flex design/ any flex Design approved by the TTD shall be handed over to the Concerned Dy.EE /AEE/ AE before finalization of payements)

Hire charges for Supply and erection of digital design flex banner with required material like threads and sticks etc., to erect specified place as directed by the department. The cost is including material, labour for printing, erection and removal after completion of the function etc complete as directed during execution.

Supply and fixing of Glow Sign Radium stickers name plate / sign (or) instruction boards using 3mm thick Acrylic white sheet as back ground and glow sign radium sticker one layer for letters of different sizes as directed during execution including cost of 3mm thick Acrylic sheet, radium sticker and all labour charges for computer design and cutting, pasting and fixing the boards to walls.

Supply of glow sign vinyl stickered name plate / sign (or) instruction boards using 4mm ACP (Aluminum composite panel )sheet as back ground and glow sign vinyl sticker one layer for letters of different sizes as directed during execution including cost of ACP sheet, vinyl sticker and all labour charges for computer design and cutting, pasting and fixing the boards as directed during execution .
