Construction of Type I Qtr. & Type II Qtr. INo. each of RCC frames structures shall be constructed as per the approved drawings with provision of all fixturers fittings, septic tank with soak pit, man holes Cl pipe, CI fittings connections, GI fittings of medium grade, PVC storage tanks of 1000Ltr. Capacity of each quarter and flooring of vitrified tiles in flooring and wall tiles in toilets and kitchen of NITCO/KAJARIA, aluminium cup boards in rooms and kitchens , internal and external electrical wiring and necessary accessories like tube lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fan, MCB of Havell/Bajaj make, site development, cutting, excavation in all kind of soil, construction of PCC/RCC retaining wall breast walls approach road of required width with paver blocks 40mm thick and kerb stones on both faces of road from main gate to both qtrs. external land scaping, fire fighting arrangement etc. in all respect included in plinth area rates as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the Contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancillary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Doors and windows shall be of aluminium. The outer doors and windows shall be in double shutters and aluminium grills for windows, internal wiring shall be in PVC conduit, all switches and MCB of Havell/Bajaj make shall be provided. Designing, Construction, Commissioning & Testing of RCC Intake Well cum pump house which shall include tapping water from Gareli Khad consisting of all allied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls,dewatering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. The tentative depth (not limite to) is 9 m deep & 6 m dia with a clear height of pump house as 5 mtr. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the Intake system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.. Construction of RCC framed main pump house with clear height from floor to ceiling should be from 4 to 5 mtr. as per specification/approved drawings near CWT comprising of office room, attendant room, automation room, room for water testing lab (category-II) and toilet block of size 1.5x1.70mtr. with provision of all fixtures, fittings GI fittings of medium grade, PVC storage tanks of 1000Ltr. Capacity septic tank, Cl accessories Cl pipe connection with provision of all fixturers fittings of approved brand, vitrified tiles in flooring and wall tiles in toilets of NITCO/KAJARIA, in all respect, plinth protections, outer drains shall be including in plinth area rates in all respect. Doors and shutters (other than main opening which is with rolling shutters) shall be of aluminium. The outer doors & windows shall be in double shutters and aluminium grills for windows, internal wiring shall be in PVC conduit shall be constructed for installation of pumping machinery along with storage space for Tools and Plants cutting. excavation in all kind of soil, construction of PCC/RCC retaining wall breast walls approach road of required width with paver blocks 60mm thick and kerb stones on both faces of road from main gate to all pump houses, external land scaping, fire fighting arrangement etc. in all respect included in plinth area rates. The pump house shall be constructed (aesthetically good and well ventilated) in RCC framed structure as per site conditions. The pump house shall be constructed to provide positive suction for pumps. Foundation along with/ anchored bolt of suitable length for pumps and motors shall be provided as per manufactures requirement. Drains of pump house shall have proper arrangement for drainage and various cables running from panel board to motors. All the associated civil works such as approach pathway, development of site including connections from tube well through inlet pipe, internal and external electrical wiring and necessary accessories like tube lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fan all switches Kit-Kat & MCB of Havell/Bajaj make, Solarteck stand dusk 1x11 Watt LED with 5mtr. pole flood lights of Bajaj, Crompton, Phillips make mounted on suitable height of MS poles, supporting works to common header shall be done by the contractor/firm after final approval of department. The pump houses should be fenced with boundary wall (Brick masonary in CM 1:6) barbed wire fencing and and gates of suitable size shall be constructed by the Contractor. The rain water pipes of 100mm dia concealed cast iron shall be provided to drain of rain water from the roof of building painted with black bituminous paints shall also be provided. All ancillary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Schedule A3- Pumping Machinery ( Submersible Pump & Centrifugal pump sets) Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning with automation (to be paid separetely) of suitable Raw water submersible pumpset capable of handling 6000 PPM turbidity conforming to latest BIS code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS 5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft . Schedule A6- Miscellaneous Providing and Construction of steel crossings for crossing of various dia GI pipe full of water including launching and live load should be considered as 150 kg/ sqm. The design and drawing shall be preparared by the contractor and be got approved from the competent authority befor execution of work. The item includes cost of all materials /accessories as required for C/O crossing including abbutments, Geo -tech Investigation,Railing, bearing etc.within all leads & lifts including cost of excavation and cost of all other Civil works.(C/O Crossing on khad for pipe Span-15 m, complete item in all respect.) (Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No.32.3)
Provision for waste water collection and carriage at habitation level including construction of soaked pit of 1.50 mts dia and 5.00 mts deep filled with bricks / gravels at various sites / locations complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Refer Vol-II Technical specifications & Vol.-III , Data Sheet No.35 )
Schedule B1- Operation and Maintenance Operation and maintenancce of scheme from source to Tail end of the scheme in proper working condition. O & M includes the regular i.e., daily supply of designed/required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply standard/protocol to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main storage/delivery tank, from source to WTP, Main sector storage tanks at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines. Gravity Lines, and entire distribution system alongwith maintenance of automised system of scheme. Regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out/damaged part of pumping machinery. pipe line, valves and electrical, Mechanical requirements, regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks, sumpwells, intakes, channels, collection/distribution channels/pump house etc. and the disposal of the same as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes fixing /repairing/leakage in structure, channel, pipe line, pumping machinery etc. & proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples and required stages of treatment. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinery, removal of all akind of slips, slush, uprooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers/trees around the Pump Houses/ WTP/Storage tanks/Sump wells etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. It includes the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment( with latest addition(, HPPWD/HP IPH specifications, HP IPH Department norms and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices. .(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No.36)
