M & L for repair of Alumn dozer (Alum preparation tank) incluiding replacement of suitable size of high quality gear system (as per sample), V-notch weirs and floats and floatinq arrangements, Bearings, maintenance of dozer tank by arresting leakage and seapage, I-section & C-Section chanel as required, pipe line, valves, painting the inner and outer surfaces, channels, pipe line etc with 2-coats of anti-corrosive paint over 1-coat of primer all as directed and testing the same for required result and full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for repair of Lime dozer incluiding replacement of suitable size of high quality gear system (as per sample), maintenance of dozer tank by arresting leakage and seapage, chanel as required, pipe line, valves, painting the inner and outer surfaces, channels, pipe line etc with 2-coats of anti-corrosive paint over 1-coat of primer all as directed and testing the same for required result and full satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out raw/treated water sample from Pump House/Any other location as decided by Engr-in-Charge and getiing tested by Directorate of PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING OFFICE or ANY GOVT AUTH LABORATORY for PHYSICAL, CHEMICAL and BACTERIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS (as specified by Engr-in-Charge) and the test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M & L to maintain the chemical dozer i.e. Alum dozer and their equipments under by the way of preventive and breakdown maintenance including replacing the expandable part etc complete all as specified and directed (Note:- (i) Preventive maintenace will be carried out on mothly basis by Checking, Servicing, Maintenance & replacing the unserviceable part. (ii) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only the following materials required under Item Sr No 4 here in above :-

Supply only Gear for alumn dozer as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Rotating paddle for alumn dozer as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Bearing for alumn dozer as per sample complete all as specified and directed

Supply only V-notch weires, floats and floating arrangement complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair Calcium Hypochloride chemical dozer with 170 Ltr capacity FRP solution preperation cum settling tank fitted with lid, portable hole, inlet/outlet/drain connection, sludge deposition facility and fitted with SS-316 agitator including 100 Ltrs capacity solution storage (service tank) model and also included dosing pump set capacity 10lph/10kgs pressure alongwith foot valves, injection check valve, suction/discharge tube of madel no: CDS 1010 (Tank system) & RB11 (Pump set) complete all as specified and directed (Note: (i) Unit rate included regular maintenance as required. (ii) Old U/s dosing machine will be deposited in MES Storeyard)

Supply only the following materials for daily operation of water supply system:-

Supply only Chlorine test kit consisting coloured ample complete with all testing fitments and OT Solution packed in Rexene finish wooden box, complete all as specified and directed. (Make: RMCO or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply only PH test kit consisting coloured ample covered under BTN or Phenol Red with necessary fitments packed in Rexene finish wooden box, complete all as specified and directed (Make: RMCO or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply only PH Meter digital Pocket Type, Make: RMCO or equivalent complete all as specified and directed . (Make: RMCO or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply only IRON/Hardness test kit consisting of necessary fitments, test tubes and testing solution packed in Rexene finish wooden box complete all as specified and directed. (Make: RMCO or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply only PVC mug 1 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make: CELLO or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply only PVC bucket 20 ltrs complete all as specified and directed. (Make: CELLO or equivalent approved by GE)

Supply only Bleaching powder Grade-I, IS-1065:1989 (used in drinking water) minimum markable chlorine 33.5% stable dry free flowing white in appearance without hard lumps and visible impurities packed in laminated HDPE bags of 25 Kg scapacity of each bags complete all as specified and directed . Approved make of E-in-C /CEEC/CESZ or equivalent make as approved by GE in case of less than three approved make of E-in-C/CEEC/CESZ.. (Note: Test certificate and analytical report from manufacturer with batch number shown in purchase voucher shall be submitted by the contractor for each consignment of material supplied from the manufacturer or authorised dealer)

Supply only calcium based granular disinfectant (Calcium Hypochlorite) having chlorine content 60%-70% for water treatment (drinking water) available in packed factory sealed HDPE container 45 Kgs each drum complete all as specified and as directed. Approved make of E-in-C /CEEC/CESZ or equivalent make as approved by GE in case of less than three approved make of E-in-C/CEEC/CESZ. (Note: (i) Test certificate and analytical report from manufacturer with batch number shown in purchase voucher shall be submitted by the contractor for each consignment of material supplied from the manufacturer or authorised dealer. (ii) Dozing of chemical will be performed daily upto desired level of Result. (iii) PPM Testing at different location (Source end or user end) will be performed on daily basis and record will be maintained).(iv) The brand must contain corrosion inhibitor & anti scaling agent to prevent damage to distribution pipe lines and accessories. (v) The quantity of materials should be provided by the contractor in three phase only.

Supply only Hydrated Lime (eatable) Ca(OH)2 of purity 90% and conforming to IS 1514-1990 complete all as specified and directed (for water supply treatment).Approved make of E-in-C /CEEC/CESZ or equivalent make as approved by GE in case of less than three approved make of E-in-C/CEEC/CESZ. (Note: (i) Test certificate and analytical report from manufacturer with batch number shown in purchase voucher shall be submitted by the contractor for each consignment of material supplied)

Supply only Alumino Ferric (Ferric Alum Grade-IV) confirming to IS-299-2012 with additional requirements for purification of water, containing lead (as Pb) 20 PPM max and arsenic (as AS2O3) 4 PPM max complete all as specified and directed Make:-Approved make of E-in-C /CEEC/CESZ or equivalent make as approved by GE in case of less than three approved make of E-in-C/CEEC/CESZ.
