B/R RELATED REPAIR AND MAINT WORK OF VARIOUS INSTALLATION UNDER AGE(I) LANSDOWNE

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, brought upto courses, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only quantity of PCC bond stone to be deducted from quantity of random rubble masonary.

Description same all as item No. 03 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old retreived serviceable stone under demolition item shall be used.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfacae not exceeding 40mm to face stone for Lime or sand stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder Coated aodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

S&F Powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters,fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron).

S&F 4.8 mm thick plain or tinted glass, ordinary quality including rubber gasket for packing and fixed to aluminium Ventilator/window including necessary cutting / moulding and chamfering of edges for service window/counters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm & fixed with tacks of stainless steel wire staples,etc complete all as specified and as directed.
