License Fee for Supply, delivery and transfer of Know-how for subject Process unit complete in all respects in accordance with provisions of Bid Document on Lump sum basis, Net of Taxes

Process Package Fees for Supply of Basic Engineering Design Package for subject Process unit complete in all respects in accordance with provisions of Bid Document on Lump sum basis, Net of Taxes

Providing following training to Owner's personnel in operation, maintenance etc. of subject Process unit as per requirements of Bidding Document (Lump sum amount), Net of Taxes

1. As per clause no 16.13 (a) of SCC-Technical (Class room training at Licensors Office)

2. As per clause no 16.13 (b) of SCC-Technical (In Plant Training in Substantially Similar Operating Plant)

Technical Assistance Services Fee on per diem basis for activities mentioned in Clause 16.12 of SCC Technical. Per diem rates to be quoted i.e. as applicable for each day of assistance. Evaluation will be done based on higher of the quoted manday and manday estimate provided in Clause 16.12 of SCC Technical (Net of Taxes)

Consideration of the quotes are optional at IOCL discretion i.e. IOCL may opt for the option if it finds economic benefit for altering the base case configuration of 900 TPD
