TNPDCL Head Quarters Complex Maintenance and up keeping of all office floors and open areas in TANTRANSCO building inside TNEB Head quarters complex premises for a period of two years (2025-27) from the date of commencement.

Sweeping and mopping of the office floors (Flooring with ceramic / marble / granite tiles) steps, staircase, handrails with scented cleaning agents including clearing and disposal of waste papers daily, Dusting and cleaning of files records in racks, furnitures for twice in a week, cleaning of all partition walls, ceilings [ Wooden & Aluminum, Glazed],Staircase, hand rails, doors, windows, blinds, Name boards,Electrical fittings viz. LED Lights, Electrical fixtures, switch boxes etc, removal of cobweb once in a month collecting and disposing all the waste to outside Office complex, with all general cleaning inside the office Floors etc… complete as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all consumable materials such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks, Cobweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs, Mops, Dungry cloth, Buckets, cost of all consumables etc.., (3 times a day)

Sweeping of open areas around Office buildings, open terrace and collection, removal of garbage's and wastes from campus to outside office complex daily, all general outdoor cleaning with sprinkling of water, including removal of weeds and unwanted materials as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut brooms, Bamboo baskets,cost of all consumables, wheel barrow, skid loader, any machineries etc.

Maintenance charges for cleaning the wash basins, water closets, urinals and floor and wall tiles by spraying of disinfectant and placing camphor balls and urinal scented screen in the urinals and wash basins, sweeping and cleaning the floor surface and side wall surface, gratings, neatly cleaning the sanitary duct, removing dirt/refuge and cobwebs and sweeping away the stagnated water at periodic intervals, including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during lean hours as directed by the Engineer incharge including materials for cleaning and fragnance. The toilet should always be clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell.The rate includes the cost of all consumables, scented cleaning agents with good fragrence, T&P's , floor wiper, caution boards, bukets & mugs, for cleaning (3 times a day)

VIP / Officers Toilets (consists of 1 No. Water closet, 1 No. Wash basins )

Common Ladies & Gents Toilet block (consists of 15Nos Water closet, 15 Nos urinals and 15 Nos wash basins)

Supplying of Technically qualified AC operator with basic knowledge of maintenance skill for operation and maintenance of HVAC system (engaging 3 Technical person /day and 1 Helper /day.)

Attending and servicing of joinery works in TANTRANSCO buildings including repairing of doors, windows and furnitures, fixing of boards, partitions and checking of all doors windows periodically and tightening of hinges, door closers and any type of carpentery works when and where required for any emergency works the rate includes the cost of labour charges and complete and directed by the Engineer incharge.

Maintenance of water supply arrangements in TANTRANSCO building in all floors per day for attending day to day plumbing works in all floors of TANTRANSCO building.

Providing of 3mm thick foam board with computerized vinyl sticker cutting and pasting of name board for the size of not less than 16"X5"

Providing of 3 to 4mm thick Acrylic board with computerized st+B18icker cutting and pasting of name board to the required size as per existing size and not less than 16"X5"

Supplying and replacing of damaged or worn out plumbing fixtures with necessary adaptors (with 1 year warranty for any replacement / new). The rate includes the cost of all materials, lead, lift etc., complete.
