Design and Construction of RCC O.H.T of 300 Kl capacity (in Kiloliters) and 12 m. Staging with 1.00m wide RCC staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H. cover with loacking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S M.H. cover , ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing ( apex)/ enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 staging 12.00 meter

Additional rates for staging per meter height beyond 12 m height including cost of all material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding T&P complete for following capacity Over Head Tank. (Extra 11 M. Height)

Construction of masonry type chamber for sluice value Size as per type design.

PUMP HOUSE

Supply of all Materials, Labours, T&P etc.and Construct a Pump House With Size (3.50 m x 3.50m) as per Design and Drawings, all complete.

P/L Double Chambered Ductile lion Pipes Restrained Joint of class K-9 with true to alignment & Jointing of full lenth including supply of packing confirming to IS:5382-1985 with testing of pipe line complete.

Providing and laying D.I. specials of class K-12 @ 5% of pipe weight.

Disposal of Road rubbish/malba/earth/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by ngineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and Fixing D.I. D/F Sluice Valves confirming to IS: 14846-2000 in position including all material labourer, T&P etc complete. PN 16
