Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg. ( zero point two two five kilogramme ) per square meter on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications 503 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential charges. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing materials of 25mm ( twenty five millimeter ) compacted thickness composed of 11.2 mm ( eleven point two millimeter ) to 0.9 mm (zero point nine millimeter ) Type-A aggregate at the rate of 0.338 cum/ 10 sqm ( zero point three three eight cubic meter per ten square meter ) with penetration grade bitumen S-90 ( S- ninety) at the rate of 27.50 Kg. (twenty seven point five zero kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating, binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( eighty- hundred) KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade as per technical specifications clause No. 509 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government.
