Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of AC Plant of capacity 3 x 150 TR at 551 Hanger INS DEGA [ 2 Nos running & 1 No standby ] complete including cooling tower, AHUs Electrical Control Panels and Pumps and connected equipments in complete AC system, round the clock in 3 shifts of 8 Hours each including carrying out minor repairs / servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users / department by providing services of one skilled Technician (Out sourcing : One skilled Technician per shift of 8 hrs)

Outsourcing for maintenance and operation of AC Plant of capacity 3 x 25 TR at Parachute Bldg INS DEGA [2 Nos running & 1 No standby] complete including cooling tower, AHUs Electrical Control Panels and Pumps and connected equipments in complete AC system, round the clock in two shifts of 8 Hours each including carrying out minor repairs / servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users / department by providing services of one skilled Technician (Out sourcing : One skilled Technician per shift of 8 hrs)

Note for Item 01 to 03 : The rate shall also include the following: (i) Cost of minor consumables such as PVC insulation tape, screws, washers, nails, teflon tape, fuse wire, clips, bolts, nuts etc for day to day maintenance and repairs. (iii) Complaint register, log books, Job cards, safety shoes, helmet and transportation. (iv) Taking care of plant, keeping environmental cleanliness, cutting grass, small plants etc., and surrounding area of installation all round up to 10 meters shall be keep absolutely neat and clean. (v) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning.

(vi)Two units shall run at a time and one as standby in AC Plants and maintaining desired temparature. (vii) Logsheet for each AC plants, DG Sets shall maintain separately.

(viii) The contractor shall arrange dry / wet bulb thermometer for recording hourly room temperature. (ix) Cost of consumable stores such as grease, lubricants, cotton waste, and other connected stores etc. required for daily operation and routine maintenance. (x) The charging of batteries and putting acid and distilled water whenver required for smooth running of genset is to be done by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for this provision also.
