45 KW VACUUM LADDLE FURNACE ASSEMBLY
Lumpsum price for Design,detailed engineering,drawing / document preparation and submission for approval, procurement of raw materials, manufacturing / fabrication / assembly, stagewise inspection, testing, painting, supply, transportation, unloading at site, erction and commissioning, performace testing, demonstration of performance at site, qualification and warranty of vacuum ladle assembly comprising 45 KW electric resistance heating furnace along with SS cladded crucible (1 no), support stand (1 no) with load cells for weighing molten metal collection including spares as per the TPS 8165 - 01 - PS - 005 The scope of the supply also includes all auxiliaries such as vacuum pumps(2 nos) intermediate facilities required prior to pump for solid removal and temperature reduction of the gas coming out from the laddle, connecting piping and flanges( between cell and ladle, pump and ladle), electrical and instrumentation as per the TPS and attached drawings.
SUPERVISORY SERVICES (if required after completion of project) Supervisory services for erection * per diem rate for engineer and supervisor ** number of days required for supervision shall be filled by bidder (breakup for engineer / supervisor days also shall be given)
