Excavation in trenches, getting out in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc. any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Returning filing including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of sand shall be 23 cm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

Taking up/down steel tubing/CI/Cement and connection from trenches incl connected fittings/accessories complete of following sizes for re use of serviceable pipes and removing the U/S pipes from site to safe custody : - (a) 80 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

(c) 40mm bore

(d) 25mm dia

(e) 20mm dia

Supply, laying & testing in trenches GI pipe medium grade ISI marked with all fittings complete all as specified for following sizes. (a) 80mm dia

Supply, laying & testing 3-layer PP-R Polypropylenerandom copolymer) bore of dia 20 mm pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.

S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of bore dia 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of bore dia 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of bore dia 16 to 40 mm by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick masonry valve pit nominal size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm with one brick thick wall using precast cement block of size 20cmx10cmx10cm brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20 cm thick PCC plate form with 15 cm off set on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortarf 1:4 and 50- mm thick RCC cover (in two equal parts 1:2:4) type B-1 with 10 mm dia deformed bars at 10 cm interval on both side including necessary form work with 150 mm dia hole in the center complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old/unserviceable gate valve and Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve ISI marked with iron wheel screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing, jointing, testing of Sluice Valve of sizes dia 80mm , ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unserviceable sluice valve and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down dismantling, disconnecting carefully and transportation for taking electric motor 415 vols 50 Hz 3 phase submersible motor 02 to 05 HP to workshop complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for complete rewinding, servicing and refixing of 415 volts 50 Hz 01 to 02 HP submersible motor and refixing/lowering down at existing same place and testing incl required accesssories i.e. nuts bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete rewinding, servicing and refixing of 415 volts 50 Hz 03 to 05 HP submersible motor and refixing/lowering down at existing same place and testing incl required accesssories i.e. nuts bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc including provn of charcoal & common salt for insulation upto 15cm height all around the plate complete all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I.
