Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / Md Hostel/ Workshop/ Installations) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting,taking down and removing carefully the existing table fan, Air circulator wall mounting fan,pedestal fan, of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc., dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, connecting the fans to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note for item 1 to item 3 here in before : (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of fans to workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv)Cost of minor repair i.e. loose connection tightening, oiling greasing, tightening nut- bolts, insulating wire etc deemed to be inclusive in the item rate above. Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional Air conditioner window type of any description, any make and in any position, 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, single phase, 50 Hz, strip opening, cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent powder solution, checking serviceability of wiring & parts, painting the bottom with one coat of black synthetic enameled paint, brazing, reassembling and testing of the AC complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. Note: (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ Item No. 36 & 37). (i) Window/Split type AC's shall be taken from department on "as and where installed" basis. (ii) Window/Split type AC's are to be maintained for heating as well cooling , where this provision is in the machine. (iii) The spare parts measured & paid separately as supply only rates. Rate for fixing of spare parts (ie compressor, condensing coil, cooling coil & blower motor) under relevant items shall be included in item No 38 & 45). (iv) The contractor shall ensure and asses at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Window/Split type AC's in proper working condition, at the time of taking over and he shall be laible to make all listed handed over units functional. Disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing Geyser of capacity 25/50 ltrs, any make and taking out the same in any position from the existing location.Opening the Geyser for inspection, repairs and reassembling the same as per the original assembly after repairs/ replaceing the wourn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered including re-fixing same position of the Geyser and making electric connection, water inlet and outlet connection, testing and checking of all the functioning of water inlet outlet valves connected with geysers.complete all as specified and directed. . Note :- Spare parts if any requires replacement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting and taking down the existing Geyser of any description and any capacity (25 / 50 Ltrs) and any position from the existing location and Dismantling the Geyser of any capacity and of any description material and labour for cleaning and de-scaling the inner tank and other parts / accessories including inlet, outlet , overflow Geyser element, thermostat , base assembly etc. with brush, cleaning rod, and using de-scaling solution mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits /scale is removed, brazing for stopping leakage of copper inner tank/gas welding for inner steel tank, re- assembling the complete Geyser after cleaning, Fixing and installation of Geyser in position and testing to the entire satisfaction. Note :- Spare parts if any requires replacement shall be measured and paid for separately
