RequiredThe individual who owns private vehicle which is registered as a taxy can only be hired for Govt. Duty.

OptionalThe owner of the vehicle should be produced the pollution control certificate for every 6 months.

RequiredThe owner of the vehicle should be produced the valid documents like Permit, Fitness certificate, Insurance and Tax Paid receipts etc while applying tender for providing vehicle for hire purpose.

RequiredThe owner of the vehicle should also produced the professional driving license with the badge of the driver proposed to the engaged.

RequiredIn case of the vehicle provided becomes stick for more than a day an alternative vehicle i.e., an other car should be provided until the hire is repaired.

RequiredThe car with Milometer in working condition should be provided.

RequiredCrew charges and D A of the driver are to tbe owner him self.

RequiredThe car should be at the disposal of the department irrespective of time and holidays during the hired period.

RequiredThe wear and tear and any damages caused to the vehicle due to accidents during the hire period by any reasons is to be borned by car owner of the vehicle.

RequiredNo advance payment will be issued the owner has to submit an advanced stamped receipt of hire charges for arranging payment with in time.
