Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, for removing/laying pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable cast iron sluice valve/Air Valves 40 to 65 mm bore, including jointing material and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 4 here-in before but for 80 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable CI/DI pipe 100 to 150 mm bore from trenches/floor/wall or as indicated including jointing material and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earth work reqd to be measured and paid separately under respective item of the schedule.

S&F Cast iron non return sluice valve long body type, both ends flanged and drilled, of size 65 mm bore, (ISI marked) conforming to IS-14846 -2000 with pressure rating of PN-1.6 with steel spindle and iron wheel head including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joints for cast iron spigot and socket pipe (water main) and fittings including burning of old lead joint for 80 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick masonry valve pit of size 1.50 X 1.50 X 1.50 m (Internal dimensions of chamber) built in Cement Mortar 1:6, Plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concreting and including 15mm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar and Plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping complete. 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover, handle, locking arrangement including provision of angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm for cover and 2 foot steps made out of MS 16 mm dia round bars, wash out pipe made out of GI pipe medium grade, 50 mm dia upto 1 metre length, earth work in any type of soil including removal to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Cast iron foot valve size of 80 mm dia bore, confirming to IS-4038, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Cast iorn foot valve size of 100 mm dia bore, confirming to IS-4038, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to centrifugal pump set of capacity 30 HP incl taking out from foundation bed, removing electric connection etc and transport to wksp for re-winding of motor with super enameled insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and replacement of thrust bearing, impeller, MS bush, nut & bolts as required for pump set including oiling, greasing and re-installing pump & motor set and testing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

All as the description of serial item No 39 here-in before but for of 20 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to centrifugal pump set of capacity 7.5/10 HP incl taking out from foundation bed, removing electric connection etc and transport to wksp for re-winding of motor with super enameled insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and replacement of thrust bearing, MS bush, nut & bolts as required for pump set including oiling, greasing and gland packing and re-installing pump & motor set and testing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to monoblock pump set of capacity 3.0/5.0 HP incl taking out from foundation bed, removing electric connection etc and transport to wksp for re-winding of motor with super enameled insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and replacement of thrust bearing, MS bush, nut & bolts as required for pump set including oiling, greasing and gland packing and re-installing pump & motor set and testing at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking up/out Submersible pump motor set capacity 12.5 HP, 3 phase from Bore Well including column pipe after disconnecting complete electric connection and transporting to civil workshop for repair/overhauling including stacking of column pipe properly ar site for reuse complete all as directed.

M & L for strip opening of Submersible pump motor set capactiy 12.5 HP and taking our burnt out winding, cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material. Re-winding of motor with stove enameled copper wire of existing gauge. Replacement of unserviceable parts as required at site. Reassembling of motor duly tested and transporting the same from workshop to work site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares required shall be inclusive of quoted rate.

Supply and fix in repair wall mounting type panel with automatic Star delta starter suitable for 22 KW motor of size 600mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 250mm (D) with overload relay of range 20-32 Amps, power contrctors of suitable capacity, timer range and single phase preventor, ON/OFF actuators etc with MCCB 100 Amp, 4 Pole, 25KA as main switch complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Submersible flat copper conductor 1100 Volts grade fonf to IS-694/1990 of size 6 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair automatic Star delta starter for 10/12.5 HP motor with overload relay of range 10-16 Amps , power contractors ML-1 and suitable capacity timer range , single phase preventer complete all as specified and directed. Make- BCH/L&T/Havells

Supply & fix in repair DOL starter, 3 phase, 415 volts for 3/5 HP electric motor with relay range 4.0 to 10.0 complete all as specified and directed. Make- L&T/Havells/Benlo or equaivalent
