SUPPLY & FABRICATION OF FOAM

NURSER (8000 AFFF + 6000 AR)

The Foam Nurser shall be a dedicated

mobile foam concentrate storage and

dispensing unit designed to carry and

deliver large volumes of AFFF (8000 L)

and Alcohol-Resistant foam (6000 L) for

industrial firefighting applications such as

refineries, chemical plants, and ports.

It shall be built on a heavy-duty BS-VI

compliant chassis (minimum 35T GVW)

with at least 270 HP engine, ensuring high

load capacity, operational stability, and

maneuverability during emergency

The unit shall be equipped with dual SS

316L foam tanks with anti-surge baffles,

manholes, drain systems, and level

indicators for safe storage and monitoring

of foam concentrate.

A PTO-driven rotary gear pump (500 LPM

@ 10–12 kg/cm²) shall be provided for

efficient foam transfer, replenishment of

fire tenders, and direct feeding to foam

systems, supported by hose reels and

transfer connections.

The vehicle shall feature a corrosion-

resistant superstructure, integrated

piping (SS 316), control systems, lighting,

and safety features ensuring reliable

performance under demanding

emergency conditions.

The complete system shall be tested as per

TQC and PQC standards to ensure

operational readiness, safety, and

compliance before delivery.
