S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work including framed trusses etc.of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wooden scantling, purling, rafter etc 40 sqm and over in section fixed in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepartion of old painted of steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails/screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm using main and cross tee of size 36.5mm X 25mm X1.4mm,weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm X 36.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively, the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mm X25mm X 2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2 mm dia GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S &F 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed in ceiling flat or slopping or laid/inserted to timber /GI/Aluminium frame work with screw complete all as spcified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work using Sub class "B" bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster at any position including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair face of brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:4) surface finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:6) surface finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spot /washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered old surface of walls & applying one coat of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc .complete with & including brushing neat cement slurry (@ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm) for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vetrified ceramic light shade floor tiles 10 mm thick (Square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Vetrified light shed ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm ,on vertical surface such as skirting / dado etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . .

S & F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. mild steel framed shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail &bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS framed welded/sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & joined together with solvent cement complete all as fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced ) in ground floors, terrazo tiles floor & paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.
