Providing and fixing of Stylam – Cuboid make toilet cubicles of the following dimensions. Depth – 1500mm, Width – 1200mm, Height – 1980 - 2000mm which includes door size of 600mm width x 1830mm height, made up of thermosetting resin treated high pressure, self supporting decorative compact laminate with permanently incorporated anti-bacterial agent during manufacturing. Compact board shall be resistance to water immersion through permissible increase on weight <0.60-0.80% and board density >1.40kg/cm3 and manufactured as per EN 438 & IS 2046 standard. 12mm thick compact board should be Moisture resistance, Impact resistance, Termite resistance, Scratch resistance, Weather and climatic shock resistance. Finish of the compact laminate should be of suede finish , which includes door, pilasters & intermediate panels, finished with approved texture/shades as per IS 2046 and fulfil the criteria of fire retardant under BS1D0 standard. Pilaster to be supported with SS (grade 316) adjustable foot and the immediate panel will be attached to the wall with the help of SS (grade 304) U channels made up of Stainless Steel as per manufacturers specification. This also includes providing & fixing in position necessary hardware made-up of Stainless steel(grade – 304) as per manufacturers specification & architects instruction like (1) Door Knob .( 2) Gravity Hinges (3)Thumb turn lockset with occupancy indicators (4)Coat Hook with Door stopper (5) U Channels of size 21mmx16.4mmx0.8mm , (6) Adjustable Legs/Pedestals ( SS grade- 316) (7) Rectangle type SS top rail 55mmx42mm which will get fixed with Mid and end pilaster. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm.
