Supply and laying or passing through pipe XLPE cable insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. (Make : KEI/Havells/Gloster/Polycab)

Re-laying only LT cable any sizes obtained from item No 01 with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levilling,watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distence not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable. Complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR 2009 Part-I (Specifications) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for sub class B brick of size 225mm x 115mm x 65mm for protaction of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Reifixing of existing bricks/ cable cover any type of good condition after the cleaning complete all as per specified and directed

Supply and fix GI Tubing (light) grade with all fittings, laid in trenches, or fixed along with walls/poles including brackets, nuts & bolts etc. bore of pipe 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to any type of existing LT Panel board (indoor/ outdoor) with cutting necessary rusted portion of MS Sheet Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with riveted, bolted or welded attachment providing MS Sheet of 2mm/3/15 mm of existing size and hinges to broken doors etc fixed with welding complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning debried around of LT panel / feeder piller box. cleaning the internal and external surfaces bus bar, terminal blocks, insulations using dry cloath, vaccum cleaner and blower. Check the tightenes of all electricals cable terminals, bus bar connection and earth connection. Check the serviceability of control switches, indicators, seceloter switches, apply lubricents to hings, locks and moving parts. Check the panel enclosure and gasket are sealed properly and preparation of existing surface of feeder piller box and panel including scraping of old paint and apply two coats of synthetic paint with spray gun of approved shade to ensure a smooth and uniform finish complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. An electrician is required for checking all the electrical items.
